The Cowell Group (TCG) is a private real estate investment company that is primarily focused on buying, managing and selling
properties in developing real estate areas within the US. Created in 2001, TCG looks to capitalize on the cyclical real estate markets
within certain resort and/or college towns.
TCG purchased its first property in West Palm Beach, FL in 2001 and has since evolved
into a respectable real estate investment company. We have acquired a high quality portfolio worth more than $30 million. Our current
portfolio includes single family homes, raw land and condominiums.
The Cowell Group is headquartered in Tequesta, Florida with
additional offices in Park City, Utah.
